Day #257 13.09.16

In the theme of being sensible and avoiding too much intense activity for my knee and just concentrating on my running for the Lincoln Half Marathon in a few weeks, it’s back to the pool before work on the days I’m in the office and I’m trying out a bit of yoga at home at night. I’ve never been that bendy and I’m not sure how much I could be, but a bit of stretching has got to be a good thing, surely?
